Education apps here are mostly small, focused tools. Kotoba searches the built-in iOS dictionary and saves words to review, DeTeXt finds LaTeX symbols by drawing them, and Scribe provides keyboards for language learners with translation and verb conjugation. Conjugar practices Spanish verb tenses, and Fingerspelling practices American Sign Language fingerspelling.
Stepik is the client for the Stepik course platform, Pocket Code lets kids build games and animations on device, and Berkeley Mobile is the UC Berkeley campus companion. Flashcard apps such as Flippy Learn and LeitnerBox use spaced repetition ideas. Many of these have App Store links and are maintained, which is less common in other sections. They are good examples of focused apps that do one thing well.
